    Business Confidence Indicators. BCI BCI. Third Quarter 2017. The Harmonised Business Confidence Index (HBCI) increases by 2.0% in the third quarter of 2017 as compared with the second quarter of 2017. 24.4% of the business establishments are optimistic about the performance of their business and 16.7% foresee an unfavourable quarter.

    Mercantile Companies. MCMC. May 2017. 8,783 mercantile companies were created in May, 0.3% less than in the same month of 2016, and 1,508 were dissolved, 11.5% more than in May 2016. The Autonomous Communities with the greatest business dynamism is Canarias (17.6%), País Vasco (14.7%) and Castilla y León (5.6%).
