Objective: obtain the price indices of the different materials used in the type formulas, in order to apply the price review clauses shown in the Public authority contracts.
Variables studied: sale prices, without the invoiced VAT, of different materials subject to being used in construction (cement, ceramics, wood, energy, aluminium, steel, copper and binders) for material price indices; and the national index of construction labour.
Objective: provide information regarding the main economic variables and the evolution of the construction sector activity.
Variables collected: number of companies, employment, hours worked and main macromagnitudes by company size; municipal licences by project size; official project tender by project typology, contracting agent, completion deadline, budget and object of the construction; number of buildings and dwellings by project type, type of developer, main destination, surface to be constructed and average surface; and final certificates by building and dwellings and type of developer.
