	Objective: to study the behaviour of a series of variables that allow for describing the fundamental characteristics (supply and demand) of the hotel sector. Hotel Prices Index
	Objective: to measure the evolution of the whole of the prices applied by businesspersons to the different clients who stay at hotels in Spain. It measures the evolution of sector prices from the supply perspective. Variables estudied: prices for double rooms with bath, according to the different rates (normal, weekend, special business, group and tour operator rates), without including breakfast or the Value Added Tax. Hotel Income Index
	Objective: to measure the evolution of average income per available room of the hotel establishments. Variables estudied: prices for double rooms with bath, according to the different rates (normal, weekend, special business, group and tour operator rates), without including breakfast or the Value Added Tax, application percentages of the different rates over the total occupied rooms and occupied rooms. 	Objective: attempt to ascertain the degree of business concentration in the management of hotel establishments. Survey on the Structure of Travel Agencies 1997
	Objective: to study in-depth the economic characteristics of the companies whose main activity is carried out in the area of travel agencies, tourism wholesalers and retailers and other activities involved in tourist assistance. Variables estudied: number of establishments, activity, legal regime, occupation brackets and turnover. Studies conducted: 1997. As of 1998, this operation was included in the Annual Services Survey.
