Objective: to collect information on judgments in High Courts of Justice and in the Supreme Court on contentious administrative matters.

Objective: Analysis of domestic violence and gender violence from the use of recorded (with interim measures ordered) cases, during the reference year, in the Central Register for the Protection of Victims of Domestic and Gender Violence, belonging to the Ministry of Justice.

Variables studied: Data for victims and persons reported for domestic violence or gender violence (sex, age, place of birth, type of relationship). Data relating to interim measures ordered, and to criminal offences allocated.
