Objective: Data on the marriage (date performed and number of underage children and adult dependants), data on the spouses (date of birth, sex, nationality and marital status at the time of the current marriage), date of the proceedings, date of the judgement, applicant, existence of previous legal separation and ruling of the judgement (type of ruling and assignment of the compensatory allowance, maintenance and support and custody).

Variables studied: annulments, separations and divorces, by age, sex and marital status at the time of the current marriage, duration of the marriage, number of underaged children, duration of the procedure and ruling of the judgment.
