The homepage is structured into five areas:

Drop-down menus: these make it possible to navigate all www.ine.es content, moving the cursor over the topic, then over the subtopic... . A page can be accessed containing all the options in that section by clicking directly on the drop-down menu's main tab. The content in drop-down menus is as follows:
The INE: this includes the structure and organisation of the INE, vacancies, recruitment process, the Statistical Organisation in Spain, the European Statistics System, the Electoral Census Office.
INEbase: contains all statistical information organised by topic, subtopic and operation. When selecting a topic or subtopic from the drop-down menu (for example, topic Society, subtopic Employment market) a page is brought up with all the available operations and a brief description of each of them. Detailed information can be accessed by clicking on an operation: statistical data, press releases, methodologies, questionnaires, publications, etc. Clicking on the INEbase tab brings up the complete list of topics, subtopics and statistical operations. Tempus 2, the system for consulting time series, can also be accessed from INEbase.
CPI: this contains all the information relating to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) and the HICP (Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices): detailed results, calculation of variations, update of rental income, telematic issue of certificates and informative notes.

English button: The English version of the current page is brought up by clicking on this button. From this point navigability will be in English. If the page is not yet translated into English, in order to switch the navigation to English, select the drop-down menu from Help on the navigation bar, followed by the option Homepage in English.
