It is prepared in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities, with the Civil Registers being the main source of information, which is collected from the Statistical Birth Bulletin. These bulletins are filled out by the parents, relatives or persons so obligated by law to declare the childbirth, or failing this, by the person in charge at the Civil Register, at the time of registering this demographic event in the Civil Register.
