Conditions of use of information on this server

Use of any material contained in this server implies the acceptance of the following conditions of use:

1. Use of the information contained on this web site
National Institute of Statistics, hereinafter INE, has created this site, to facilitate users' access to official statistical information. Data contained herein come from various sources. The INE makes this material available to users on an individual basis, as a single end user licence. Any commercialisation of this licence is therefore forbidden. The INE reserves the right to modify these information licence conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Quality of the information
The data and other materials that appear on this server have been introduced by following strict quality control procedures; nevertheless errors may occur due to which reason the figures offered on this site may sometimes not be correct. When there are figures or other erroneous data, the INE corrects them immediately and lets users know on the most appropriate page for each case, about the modification that has been carried out. Nevertheless, it cannot be guaranteed that the content of this web server is free of errors. The user expressly accepts that they are aware of this.
The INE may certify the validity of the information published, on Internet or any other support, when requested by the user in writing. INE certifications involve the payment of a fee as stated in current regulations in force.

3. Information availability
The INE cannot guarantee the functioning of the communications networks and therefore does not assume any responsibility for the availability of this server. The server may be disconnected without prior notice. Maintenance tasks will be will be carried out so that their impact will be as small as possible. The INE will not be held responsible for any damages suffered by the user derived from access to this server or from use of the information or applications contained herein.

4. Establishing links

The web page where the link is established may not contain any trademark, name, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to the INE, except those signs that are part of the link itself.

This licence shall be governed by the laws of Spain, irrespective of the users legal environment. Any dispute arising between parties concerning this agreement shall be determined by the Spanish courts.
