Concept selected: Domestic extraction (unused)

Definition

Unused domestic extraction comprises those materials extracted or moved in the territory of country, due to technical requirements, and which are not apt, or not intended, for any use. For example: Soil and excavated rock during construction, dredged sediments in ports, mine and quarry rock (if not reutilised) and the biomass not used from the harvest.
