Definition

It is the legal responsibility of the entity that owns the centre. A distinction is made between public and private centres:
Public: Central Administration, Autonomous Administration, Local Administration
Private: Non-profit associations, Federation of non-profit associations, Private foundation, Charitable establishments, Other non-profit institutions, Natural person, Public Limited Liability Company, Private Limited Liability Company, Labor Public Limited Liability Company, Community of goods, Cooperatives, Others for profit.
