Definition

Economic benefits that are recognized to those citizens who, being in a situation of protectable need, lack sufficient resources for their subsistence in the legally established terms, even if they have never contributed or long enough to achieve the benefits of the contributory level. Within this modality, there are disability and retirement pensions.
