Challenge to the Electoral Census of Local Entities during the electoral period

Publication of the list of Local Entities, on 26 December 2023, for the Elections to Parliament of Galicia on 18 February 2024, in compliance with the second point of instruction 1/2011, of March 24, of the Central Electoral Board, on the administrative claims related to modifications in the Electoral Census that can be made by the representatives of the candidacies in the electoral period, giving rise to the communication to the Central Electoral Board referred to in article 30.c) of Law Organic Law 5/1985, of June 19, of the General Electoral Regime, in its wording given by Organic Law 2/2011, of January 28.

Deadline for the challenge: From 1 to 8 January 2024, both inclusive.
Lugar de presentación: The Provincial Delegations of the Electoral Census Office

Normative: Instruction 1/2011, of March 24, of the Central Electoral Board on the administrative claims related to the modifications in the electoral census that can be made by the representatives of the candidacies or of the political formations in application of the provisions of articles 38 and 39 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime.
