More information

The annual rate of the general Industrial Price Index (IPRI) was 3.4% in March, 10.3 points above than that in February.

This evolution was due to the increase in prices for the Production, transportation and distribution of electrical energy, Oil refining and, to a lesser extent, for Gas production; pipeline distribution of gaseous fuels, which decreased in the same month of 2025.
  • Intermediate goods, with a variation of 0.8%, seven tenths above than that of the previous month, and caused by the rise in the prices of the Manufacture of basic chemicals, nitrogen compounds, fertilisers, plastics and synthetic rubber in primary forms, higher than that of the previous March.
