The Annual Industrial Products Survey, prepared by the INE, is an annual statistical operation destined to provide, as quickly as possible, specific and reliable information on a set of industrial products (around 4,000) that cover a significant portion of the Spanish industrial sector (sections D and E of the National Classification of Economic Activities of 1993, for the surveys referring to the years 1993 to 2008, and sections C and D of the National Classficiation of Economic Activities of 2009, for the surveys referring to the year 2008 and subsequent years).
The publication object of study is directed at industrial establishments (independent of the main activity of the company to which they belong) necessary to cover 90% of the production of each class of CNAE (4 digits).
For each one of the classes industrial establishments are belonging to companies with 20 or more employees are surveyed and for certain classes industrial establishments with 20 or less employees are also surveyed.
The national results are presented in quantity and value for each one of the 4,000 individual products and results by Autonomous Communities are offered for 16 large activity groups.
