  • 1) Proportion of wage earners whose earnings per hour are less than 2/3 of the median earnings.
    2) The deciles are the values of earnings ordered from least to greatest, dividing the number of workers into ten equal parts, in such a way that ten percent of the same are included within each part
    3) The median is the value of earnings that divides the number of workers into two, those who have a higher wage and those who have a lower wage.
