The average annual salary for women is 29% less than that for men

The 2002 Wage Structure Survey is a research project regarding the structure and distribution of wages in Spain. Its objective is, on the one hand, to ascertain wage levels, both average levels and distribution, and on the other hand, to determine wage structure, studying the personal characteristics of the worker and those of the company.
