This work is a revised transcription, corrected and accompanied by a broad series of notes expressing all internal incidences or incongruencies of the Crown of Castille Census of 1591 or Census of the Millions. An observation by the French Hispanist Molinié-Bertrand is added, whose localisation work has facilitated finding the current denomination for approximately 12,000 entities that are included in the census.

It is accompanied by an Annex alphabetical indices of places, divergences and errata.
