Did you know...?
The Economically Active Population Survey (EAPS) has been conducted since 1964. The current methodology has been used since 2021.
This is a continuous, quarterly survey targeting family dwellings, intended to collect data on the labour force and its various categories (employed, unemployed) as well as on the population outside the labour market (inactive).
From the third quarter of 2025, the initial sample for all of Spain is approximately 46,000 dwellings per quarter, equivalent to approximately 110,000 people.
