Court order issued by the judge of a mercantile court notifying of bankruptcy proceedings. If the request presented by the debtor, in the case of voluntary bankruptcy, includes all the necessary documentation, the judge will issue the order declaring bankruptcy. If the request is presented by one of the creditors, in the case of necessary bankruptcy, the court order is not issued until the debtor appears before the judge to confirm a status of insolvency.
