The monthly variation of the Total Industrial New Orders Receives Index stands at -0.2%, after seasonal and calendar adjustment. The annual rate stands at 1.1% in the seasonal and calendar adjusted series and at 2.7% in the original series. Throughout the year 2019, the new orders received decreased by 1.0% in the adjusted series and by 1.1% in the original series.

The Industrial New Orders Received Indices (INORI) started to be collected in January 2002 together with the Turnover Indices via the setting up of a continuous survey that investigates each month more than 11.000 industrial establishments distributed all over the country.
According to the recommendations of the National Statistics Plan 2021-2024 this statistical operation stops being carried put as from January 2020. Therefore, this is the last release of the Industrial New Orders Received Indices.
