Statistics on the Collection and Treatment of Waste. Year 2023

Waste management companies collected 22.4 million tons of municipal waste, 3.1% less than in 2022. Separate collection increased by 1.8%, reaching 5.4 million tons. In 2023, 464.3 kilograms of municipal waste were collected per inhabitant, 4.2% less than the previous year.
