- Preparation of the questionnaire for the 2004 Survey on Youth in the first six months, and of the four questionnaires for quarterly polls on the situation and opinion of Spanish youths in the first month of each quarter.
- Performance of the fieldwork for the survey in the second half of the year and for the quarterly polls in the second and third months of each quarter.
- Use of survey data in December and, the third month in each quarter for polls.
- Dissemination of the data of the quarterly polls the first week of the Q+1.
