Compilation of the consumption indices of the Autonomous Communities (except Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Navarra and Pa¿s Vasco) for the distribution of VAT within the framework of Law 21/2001.
Compilation of the consumption indices of the Autonomous Communities (except Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Navarra and Pa¿s Vasco) for the distribution of the special taxes on beer, alcohol and derived and intermediate products, within the framework of Law 21/2001
The work to be carried out is as follows:
- Estimate of the 2003-2005 series of final household consumption expenditure, and calculation of the average weighted rate of final consumption expenditure in the Autonomous Communities subject to law.
- Determining the intermediate consumption and gross formation of fixed capital index from branches exempt from VAT, in the Autonomous Communities subject to law.
- Estimate of the intermediate consumption index, gross fixed capital formation and social transfers in kind of the Public Administrations, in the Autonomous Communities subject to law.
- Estimate of the new housing index in the Autonomous Communities subject to the law.
- Establishing the consumption index of alcoholic beverages inside and outside the household, in the Autonomous Communities subject to law.
Each year, in the month of March, the GSAI provides the regional data on the gross formation of fixed capital and intermediate consumption of the Public Administrations, corresponding to the latest year (final estimates) available. Each year, in the month of March, the AEAT provides the regional data on the gross formation of fixed capital and intermediate consumption of the branches exempt from VAT taxation, corresponding to the latest year available.
