Obtaining the listing of population units at 1 January 2010, using the information sent by the municipal councils.
Obtaining the populations for the population units at 1 January 2010, using the register files, after the publication of the Royal Decree endorsing official population figures.
Dissemination of the "List of Population Units for Specified Populations", one month after the previous stage
Each month, the municipal councils of all Spanish municipalities send the variations occurring in the population units the previous month.
Budgetary credits necessary for its finance in the year 2010  (in thousands euros)
