Observations

Until now, the periodicity has been five years, but it has changed to four years. The World Health Organization defines sexual violence as any sexual act, attempt to consummate a sexual act, unwanted sexual comments or insinuations, or actions to commercialize or otherwise use the sexuality of a person by coercion by another person, regardless of the relationship of another person to the victim, in any area, including the home and workplace. Coercion may include: or Use of varying degrees of force. or Psychological Intimidation. or Extortion. or Threats (e.g. physical harm or failure to obtain a job or qualification, etc.). Or Sexual violence may also occur if the person is not in a position to give consent, for example, when he is drunk, under the effects of a stupefacient, asleep or mentally incapacitated. Sexual violence includes assault and sexual abuse.
