Description
Measures the foreign value added generated in each country and linked to Spain's final demand.
Observations
Example: The value added generated in Germany that is linked to Spain's final demand amounted to 33,498 million euros in 2024.
Calculation method
\(v^{\text{t}} B^{\text{t}} y^{\text{t,ES}} \quad \text{with} \quad t =\text{Country generating the value added}\)
Where: \( v^{\text{t}} \) is the value added multiplier of the industries of country \( t \), \(B^{\text{t}} \) is the Leontief inverse corresponding to country \( t \) y \(y^{\text{t,ES}} \) represents Spain’s imports destined for final demand, by industry of the country of origin.
