• Monthly collection of information for the previous month.
• Recording, filtering and analysis of the information.
• Monthly dissemination of the provisional results for constitutions of, changes to and cancellations of mortgages for the period between October 2006 to September 2007, according to the "INE Short-term statistics availability calendar, 2007".
• Dissemination and electronic publication of the definitive results for 2006 in the third quarter.
