The Councils/Departments with jurisdiction regarding all of the Autonomous Communities carry out the proposal of the most important crops and varieties; they establish the sowing and harvesting periods of the target crops of the calendar; they record the monthly percentages of sowing and harvesting, and revise and filter the data.
