Monthly collection of the information referring to the previous month.
Recording, filtering and analysis of the information.
Monthly dissemination of the provisional results of transfers of property rights corresponding to the period from November 2010 to October 2011, according to the "INE Short-term statistics availability calendar, 2011"
Monthly electronic dissemination and publication of the final results for the first months of 2010, and the rest of the final months of 2010 in the third quarter. The Professional Association of Spanish Real Estate, Mercantile and Chattels Registrars (CORPME) carries out the monthly dispatch, to the INE, of the microdata files of property rights with a deadline 35 days following the end of the reference month.
