Calculation method
The methodology is based on compliance with the following three progressive phases defined by UNEAEC: Preparation: if at least one account has been prepared in accordance with the SEEA methodology in the last 5 years. Dissemination: preparation and dissemination of at least one account in the last 5 years. Regular production and dissemination: If at least one account is published regularly. These stages are scored as follows: 0- No 1- Preparation 2- Dissemination 3- Regular production and dissemination
