Definition
It describes the proportion of the population in whose municipalities the current urban planning figure is a General Plan, Subsidiary Planning Standards or equivalent figures, in accordance with the implementing urban planning legislation.
Calculation method
It is determined on the basis of the MITMA planning database and the INE population data, determining the percentage of the population living in municipalities where the current planning is a General Plan, Subsidiary Standards or equivalent figures, on the total Spanish population.
