Definition
Proportion of people living in households where total expenditure on housing carries a high burden, in particular they account for at least 40 per cent of total disposable household income
Calculation method

\[PPGE^t= \frac{PGE^t}{p^t}\cdot100\]Where: \(PGE^t\)is the population whose households have housing expenses above 40% of their income in the year t and \(p^t\)is the total population in the year t.
