1) People who live together with some of its parents and that contribute y/o benefit from the income household. 2) This includes students who reside temporarily abroad housing main residence for study purposes. 3) 'I can't afford to buy' groups 'I can't afford to the the down payment to buy a home' and 'I am not eligible for a mortgage' 4) Personal income is that which each individual receives directly. It is calculated as the sum of the income components that the LCS collects in terms of individual, which include: - Income from work (wages and salaries, and profits/losses from self-employment). - Benefits for unemployment, retirement, survivorship, sickness or disability. - Scholarships and educational grants It does not include the income components that the LCS collects in terms of of the household: - Interest, dividends and income from capital investments. - Income from real estate rentals. - Housing allowances. - Family/child benefits. - Regular monetary transfers received between households.
