Specifically:

• m_i refers to the number of household members,
• w_i is the sampling weight of household i,
• 1[… ] is the indicator function, taking the value of 1 when the expression inside brackets is true, and the value of 0 otherwise,
• Hogar_gsan is the household expenditures on health
• Gtotal is total household expenditures.
