December 2025. Provisional data. The annual variation of the Market Services Sector turnover index was 4.1% in the calendar and seasonally adjusted series. In December, the monthly rate was 0.3% if seasonal and calendar effects are removed.

December 2025 and year 2025. Provisional data. In December, 193,802 properties were registered in the property registries, 10.7% more than in the same month of the previous year. The number of registered property sales and purchases increased by 7.9% compared to December 2024.
Year 2023. Provisional data. Companies in the Services sector had the greatest weight in exports and imports of services in 2023, with 76.5% and 64.5% of the total, respectively. The companies that carried out the most international trade in services were those with 250 employees or more. They represented 58.5% of total exports and 57.9% of imports attributable to companies.

The average amount of mortgages on dwellings increased by 13.5%, standing at 172,535 euros. The average interest rate on new mortgages on dwellings was 2.87%.
