Consumer Price Index (CPI)
July 2025. The annual variation rate of the July CPI stood at 2.7%, four tenths higher than that recorded in June. The annual core inflation increased one tenth to 2.3%. The monthly variation of the general rate was -0.1%.
Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP)
July 2025. The annual rate of the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) stood at 2.7%, four tenths higher than the previous month.
Reference Index of Housing Rentals
July 2025. The annual rate of the IRAV corresponding to the month of July is 2.15%.
Mercantile Companies Statistics (MC)
June 2025. Provisional data. The number of mercantile companies increased by 15.0% in June compared to the same month in 2024. The number of dissolved companies increased by 1.4% year-on-year.
Passenger Transport Statistics (PT)
June 2025. Provisional data. The number of passengers using public transport increased by 7.2% in June, as compared with the same month of 2024. The annual rate for city transport increased by 6.8% and for inter-city transport by 9.7%.
Continuous Population Statistics (CPS)
1 July 2025. Provisional data. The population of Spain increased by 119,811 during the second quarter of 2025, standing at 49,315,949 inhabitants on 1 July 2025. The main immigrant nationalities were Colombian, Moroccan and Venezuelan.
