Foreclosure Statistics (FS)
Second Quarter 2025. Provisional data. Registrations of certifications for mortgage foreclosures initiated in property registries increased by 14.9% an annual rate. Foreclosures on dwellings of natural persons and foreclosures initiated on usual dwellings increased by 28.1%.
