October 2025. Provisional data. The annual rate of the Industrial Production Index stood at 1.2% in the seasonally and calendar adjusted series and 1.6 in the original series. The monthly change in the Industrial Production Index was 0.7% if seasonal and calendar effects are eliminated.
Third Quarter 2025. Provisional data. Registrations of certifications for mortgage foreclosures initiated in property registries decreased by 3.8% an annual rate. Foreclosures on dwellings of natural persons and foreclosures initiated on usual dwellings increased by 19.3%.
Third Quarter 2025. The annual variation rate of the Housing Price Index stood at 12.8%. The annual variation rate of new houses was 9.7%, while the rate for used houses was 13.4%. Housing prices rose by 2.9% compared with the previous quarter.
Third Quarter 2025. Provisional data. The annual rate of the index for inventory levels of goods in the Trade sector stood at 2.2% in the third quarter. Within the quarter, the month of September recorded the highest annual growth rate, with 2,6%.
October 2025. Provisional data. The total expenditure of international tourists visiting Spain in October increased by 7.4% and reached 12,785 million euros. The average daily expenditure increased by 5.5% to 201 euros.
October 2025. Provisional data. Spain received 9.2 million international tourists in October, 3.2% more than in the same month of 2024. In the first ten months of 2025, the number of international tourists arriving in Spain reached its highest level, approaching 85.7 million.
