Housing Price Index (HPI). Base 2015
Second Quarter 2025. The annual variation rate of the Housing Price Index stood at 12.7%. The annual variation rate of new houses was 12.1%, while the rate for used houses was 12.8%. Housing prices rose by 4.0% compared with the previous quarter.
Short-term Stock and Inventory Survey (STSIS)
Second Quarter 2025. Provisional data. The annual rate of the index for inventory levels of goods in the Trade sector stood at 0.9% in the second quarter. Within the quarter, the month of April recorded the highest annual growth rate, with 1.3%.
Rail Transport Statistics
Second Quarter 2025. Quarterly data is published.
Tourist Movements at Borders (FRONTUR)
July 2025. Provisional data. Spain received 11.0 million international tourists in July, 1.6% more than in the same month of 2024. In the first seven months of 2025, the number of tourists increased by 4.1%.
Total Expenditure Survey
July 2025. Provisional data. The total expenditure of international tourists visiting Spain in July increased by 6.1% and reached 16,452 million euros. The average daily expenditure increased by 6.9% to 210 euros.
Flash estimate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI)
August 2025. The annual change in the flash estimate of the CPI stands at 2.7% in August, the same as the one registered in July. The annual rate of the flash indicator of underlying inflation increases one tenth to 2.4%.
