Urban Indicators
2025 Edition. Sant Josep de Sa Talaia recorded the highest average home purchase price in 2024, with 969,434 euros. While Mieres had the lowest, with 53,970 euros. Pozuelo de Alarcón registered the highest average monthly expense for renting the habitual residence in 2023, with 1,131 euros. Cieza had the lowest, with 303 euros.
Mortgage Statistics (M)
August 2025. Provisional data. The number of mortgages constituted on dwellings registered in land registries was 45,067, up 25.0% in the annual rate. The average amount of mortgages on dwellings increased by 7.6%, standing at 163,307 euros. The average interest rate on new mortgages on dwellings was 2.94%.
Statistics on Transfer of Property Rights (STPR)
August 2025. Provisional data. In August, 155,256 properties were registered in the property registries, 2.6% less than in the same month of the previous year. The number of registered property sales and purchases decreased by 3.4% compared to August 2024.
Hotel Tourism Short-Term Trends (HOS/HPI/IPHS)
September 2025. Provisional data. Overnight stays in hotel establishments increased by 0.9% in August compared to the same month in 2024. The Hotel Price Index rose by 5.8% in terms of the annual rate. Hotels invoiced an average of 155.7 euros per occupied room, 6.1% more than in the same month of the previous year.
Survey on the Use of ICT and e-commerce in enterprises
Year 2024- First quarter 2025. Definitive data. 21.1% of enterprises with 10 or more employees used artificial intelligence in the first quarter of 2025 and 44.3% purchased cloud computing services. 26.6% of enterprises made e-commerce sales in 2024, increasing the volume of business generated by 3.5% compared with 2023.
