Year 2024. An average of 33,758 people over the age of 18 were accommodated daily in 2024 in centres to support for homeless persons (55.7% more than in 2022). Centers offering catering services provided an average of 70,343 meals per day (36.9% more than in 2022).

Second Quarter 2025. In terms of volume, the GDP registered a variation of 0.8% in the second quarter compared to the previous quarter. This rate was two tenths higher than that of the first quarter of 2025. Year-on-year GDP variation was 3.1%, compared to 3.2% in the previous quarter. Domestic demand contributed 3.5 points, while external demand contributed -0.5 points.

Year 2023. Affiliates of Spanish companies abroad generated a turnover of 280,972 million euros and employed 947,513 persons in 2023. Brazil, the United Kingdom and Germany were the countries where Spanish affiliates generated the highest turnover.

Year 2023. Enterprises residing in Spain that form part of groups generated 67.0% of the turnover of Industry, Trade and Non-financial Services. Affiliates of foreign multinational groups invoiced 794,483 million euros and employed 2,278,321 people. France, Germany and the United States were the countries whose affiliates generated the highest turnovers in 2023.

July 2025. Provisional data. In July, 209,132 properties were registered in the property registries, 9.9% more than in the same month of the previous year. The number of registered property sales and purchases increased by 13.7% compared to July 2024.

July 2025. Provisional data.. The number of mortgages constituted on dwellings registered in land registries was 45,067, up 25.0% in the annual rate. The average amount of mortgages on dwellings increased by 7.6%, standing at 163,307 euros. The average interest rate on new mortgages on dwellings was 2.94%.
