Statistics on Domestic Violence and Gender Violence (SDVGV)

Year 2025. The number of women who were victims of gender violence decreased by 3.8% in 2025, up to 33,373. The rate of female victims of gender violence was 1.5 per 1,000 women aged 14 years old and over. The number of domestic violence victims increased by 7.4%.

Quarterly National Spanish Accounts

First quarter 2026. Provisional. In terms of volume, the GDP registered a variation of 0.6% in the first quarter compared with the previous quarter. This rate was two tenths lower than that of the fourth quarter of 2025.

Annual Population Census

Residence, education and employment variables for 2025 and 2024. 24.4% of the 9,464,210 residents born abroad arrived in Spain in the two years prior to 1 January 2025. And 12.8% arrived in the last year. Among the most populous cities, Córdoba (57.1%), Murcia (54.0%) and Seville (50.0%) had the highest percentages of people who have always lived in the same municipality since birth. At the other end of the scale were L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (17.6%), Palma (33.5%) and A Coruña (33.6%).

Flash estimate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI)

April 2026. The annual change in the flash estimate of the CPI stands at 3.2% in Abril, two tenths lower than in March. The annual rate of the flash indicator of underlying inflation is one tenth lower, stands at 2.8%.
