March 2025. The annual rate of the IGC corresponding to the month of March is -0.72%.
Statistics on Transfer of Property Rights (STPR)
March 2025. Provisional data. In March 213,557 properties were registered in the property registers, 29.0% more than in the same month of the previous year. The number of registered property sales and purchases increased by 40.6% compared with March 2024.
Consumer Price Index (CPI)
April 2025. The annual variation rate of the March CPI stood at 2.2%, one tenth lower than that recorded in March. The annual core inflation rate increased four tenths to 2.4%. The monthly variation of the general rate was 0.6%.
Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP)
April 2025. The annual rate of the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) stood at 2.2%, the same as the previous month.
Reference Index of Housing Rentals
April 2025. The annual rate of the IRAV corresponding to the month of April is 2.09%.
