September 2025. Provisional data. The annual variation of the Market Services Sector turnover index was 5.5% in the calendar and seasonally adjusted series. In September, the monthly rate was 1.1% if seasonal and calendar effects are removed.
September 2025. Provisional data. The annual rate variation of the Total Industrial Turnover Index stands at 0.6% in the seasonal and calendar adjusted and 4.3% in the original. The monthly variation stands at 1.2%, after seasonal and calendar adjustment.
October 2025. Provisional data. Overnight stays in hotel establishments increased by 1.3% in October compared to the same month in 2024. The Hotel Price Index rose by 4.7% in terms of the annual rate. Hotels invoiced an average of 120.5 euros per occupied room, 3.9% more than in the same month of the previous year.
Year 2025. 96.3% of the population aged 16 to 74 have used the Internet in the last three months (0.5 points more than in 2024). 59.6% have made purchases online in the last three months (2.9 points more than in 2024).
Year 2024. Definitive data. Internal R&D expenditure increased by 6.9% in 2024, reaching 22,931 millions of euros (1.50% of GDP). The number of people dedicated to internal R&D activities, in full-time equivalent terms, reached 295,290, and increase of 4.6% compared to the previous year.
September 2025. The annual rate of the IGC corresponding to the month of September is -0.37%.
