Plan de Actuación 2026
This implements the 2024-2026 Triennial Action Plan, in accordance with Law 40/2015 of RJSP (Legal Regime of the Public Sector) for the year 2026. The INE undertakes to work towards achieving the objectives of this Action Plan, to periodically assess the degree of compliance with it and to take the appropriate measures to implement its fulfilment.
Annual Programme 2026
The 2026 Annual Programme of the 2025-2028 National Statistical Plan is approved, thus consolidating statistical planning for the coming year. This programme sets out the statistical operations to be conducted during the year and the bodies responsible for their implementation.
Meeting between Producers and Users of Real Estate Statistics
21th and 22th January.
Housing has become one of the great social challenges of our time. This meeting was created with the aim of reflecting on the capacity of available indicators to capture residential real estate market processes, as well as to explore how to improve their quality, comparability, and accessibility.

National Statistics Award
The INE announces the call for the 2025 National Statistics Award. All institutions, organisations and public or private foundations that are particularly related to statistics may nominate candidates. Entries can be made from 6 December 2025 to 5 March 2026 (both inclusive).

Services Sector Production Index (SSPI)
Fourth Quarter 2025. Provisional data. The annual variation of the Services Sector Price Index decreased one tenth in the fourth quarter of 2025, to 2.3%. The quarterly rate of services prices was -0.5%.
Quarterly Labour Cost Survey (QLCS)
Fourth Quarter 2025. The labour cost of companies increased to 3.8% in the fourth quarter compared to the same period of the previous year and stood at 3,382.48 euros per worker per month. The wage cost increased by 3.6%. With calendar-adjusted and deseasonalised results, the labour cost per worker increased by 3.6% annually and 1.0% quarterly. The number of vacancies was 155,737 this quarter.

February 2026. Results of the actions in the Elections to the Parliament of Aragón on 8 February 2026.
Consumer Price Index (CPI)
February 2026. The annual variation rate of the January CPI stood at 2.3%, the same as that recorded in January. The annual rate of core inflation rose by one-tenth at 2.7%. The monthly variation of the general rate was 0.4%.
Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP)
February 2026. The annual rate of the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) stood at 2.5%, one tenth above the previous month.
Reference Index of Housing Rentals
February 2026. The annual rate of the IRAV corresponding to the month of February is 2.16%.
